After more than three weeks of consideration, the customer was satisfied with the effectiveness of our communication, professionalism, and the cost of the machine, we finally received the full payment of the customer’s order on October 26, 2021. The machine was completed on Nov.17th,2021.
Before delivery, the machine had been tested for three days, the daily running time was not less than 8 hours, and we had a remote video for the machine inspection with the customer before packing. The machine will be transported to the port of Qingdao, China on November 24, 2021, then waiting to be sent to the port of destination.
The pH value of the antifreeze leak repair oil of different components is different. If the pH value of the liquid is acidic, it will be corrosive to stainless steel. If the maintenance and cleaning of the machine are not done well, the place will rush no matter the dripping liquid or the place where the filling liquid flows through it will pollute the liquid or affect the filling accuracy.
So the standard 304 stainless steel can only achieve general anti-corrosion, and cannot meet the special anti-corrosion requirements of corrosive liquids, the filling machine must be made of all 316L stainless steel material or part of 316L stainless steel material.
