The empty jars are manually put on the turntable of the circular turntable, and the jars are transported to the conveyor belt in sequence with the rotary movement.
The photoelectric switch of the sauce filling machine detects that the bottle comes in, and the pneumatic part fixes the bottle and starts filling. When the set weight is reached, the jar is transported to the next packaging station.
The lid-sorting system automatically puts the lid on the jar, the vacuum capping machine pre-screws the tinplate lid, and the knob of the packaging cap accurately enters the screw of the jar opening(the cap has a gap and is not fully tightened), and then pump the vacum, finally tighten the lid. The capping torque and vacuum degree can be set within a certain range.
The sensor detects the passage of the glass jar, and sends back a signal to the labeling control system. The control system controls the corresponding motor to send out the label and attach it to the position where the product is to be labeled.
