The viscous paste filling machine uses a rotary lobe pump as a metering device, which can be used to fill highly viscous (viscosity is 1 million CP)containing particles materials and the easy foaming medium.
Servo motor drives, ensuring the continuous, stable running and fast filling speed. Because of the unique structure of the pump body, the liquid only contacts the pump cavity when conveying the material. There is a certain gap between the rotor and various parts in the pump cavity, which do not contact each other and are not easy to wear.
All the parts in contact with the material are made of 304 stainless steel, which does not pollute the material. The machine occupies a small area and can be placed directly on the table for filling. There are two filling modes, manual and automatic. The machine has a one-button cleaning function, which can be directly washed with pure water repeatedly.
