This automatic liquid filling machine is liquid filling equipment designed for the automatic packaging of liquid, paste, and highly viscous liquid that certain some particles in pre-made pouches. The whole machine is made of stainless steel, with a total of 8 mechanical stations, which can complete the packaging steps such as automatic pick-up bags, printing production date, bag opening, filling, heat sealing, shaping, and output.
It is suitable for a wide range of packing bags, and can be filled with pre-made pouches made of multi-layer laminated plastic film, single-layer PE, PP, and other materials. The liquid metering pump is equipped with a liquid level sensing device, with built-in circulating metering, the filling speed can reach 20-50 bags/min, and the filling accuracy is ≤±1%.
The machine adopts an advanced PLC+POD (touch screen) electrical control system, the bag width can be adjusted automatically with one key, and the specifications of the packaging bags can be quickly changed in a few seconds. The pneumatic piston pump is used for precise measurement, and the liquid paste pouch packing machine is equipped with a safety protection door made of transparent perspex. The machine has low operating noise, and the noise is less than 70db within one meter.
