The can sealing machine has the function of suctioning the vacuum inside the can while sealing, and can fill nitrogen gas in the can with a nitrogen generator, to extend the product shelf life. The machine is made of thickened 304 stainless steel, with high processing precision, wear resistance, and corrosion resistance.
It is suitable for vacuum-sealing circular paper cans, tin cans, aluminum cans, plastic cans, etc. with a diameter of 35-120mm and a height of 25-200mm. The machine models can be customized as non-standard ones according to the user’s detailed sealing needs. After the customer receives the machine, it can be used directly on the flat, vibration-free ground.
The power of the whole can seaming machine is about 2.4 KW, and the sealing speed is about 5-8 cans/min. LED touch screen, one-button control. In order to prevent air from entering the jar again, sealing, vacuuming and nitrogen filling are all carried out in a closed chamber.
The semi-automatic can seal machine can automatically identify normal or fault conditions, and only allow the can to pass through the rolling mechanism smoothly with a lid. Multi-layer safety protection devices ensure the safe operation of the equipment. During the sealing process, the can body is fixed and does not rotate.
