The packaging specification is 100g-300g, the filling speed is about 20 bottles/min, and the accuracy should reach ±3‰. When workers fill nuts by hand, in order to improve the production efficiency, the filling accuracy will be ignored, and there are often more or fewer nuts in each bottle.

When we used the semi-automatic granule packaging machine for filling, there was no buffer when the nuts were conveyed from the granule conveyor into the hopper of the filling machine, the nuts fall directly into the hopper, the roasted nuts easily fall into two pieces or more.
When the nuts fall into the bottle after weighing, because there is no buffer, it is also very prone to the occurrence of nuts breakage.

The inclination angle of the weighing unit baffle of the multi-head combination weigher is controlled by the motor, which can be freely set according to the volume and characteristics of the granular material. We made the packaging test from December 28th to December 30th, 2021, the filling accuracy, filling speed, and integrity of the nuts can meet the client’s packaging requirements, and then we sent the detailed packaging video and report to him, he was quite satisfied with the test results.
