1. Connect the power supply, set the packaging parameters on the display screen, wait for the sealing temperature to rise to the set temperature, and install the plastic packaging film.
2. Pour the material to be packaged into the silo of the screw conveyor. Before starting the packaging, please run the machine with empty bags to test whether the machine is working normally.
3. When the material reaches 3/4 of the capacity of the filling machine hopper, normal packaging can be started.
4. The packaging film is conveyed from the film roll conveying system and is coded by the batch coding machine and then formed by the bag maker. The powder material is measured by the auger and the material is unloaded into the bag.
5. The plastic packaging roll film is automatically formed into bags after passing through the bag maker and is formed into sachets by longitudinal sealing and horizontal sealing. The bags filled with powder are pulled by the servo motor and sent to the cutting knife.
6. The cutting knife cuts the packaged sachets, and the finished product is sent to the position by a conveyor.
