The width of the laminated roll film is 420mm, the length is 300mm, filling specification is 400 g/sachet. The accuracy precision is about ±3 g/sachet. (1). The filling accuracy requirement is less than 1%, and the measuring cup type granule packaging machine cannot achieve the accuracy, so the weighing and filling type granule packaging machine is recommended.
(2). The filling speed is 30 bags/min, and the required filling speed is relatively fast. Ordinary two or four weighing hopper linear weighing hopper cannot achieve this speed, so it is recommended to use a 10-head combination weigher.

Multi-head combination weigher and ordinary linear weigher are mainly different in filling speed and filing accuracy. For example, for filling 400g of washing powder, for the 10-head combination weigher, there are a total of 10 weighing hoppers, and the 10 weighing hoppers are randomly combined when weighing, and the total weight reaches 400g when the material is discharged.
When linear weighers are measuring particle materials, each weighing hopper is weighed independently and cannot be combined for measurement. For example, after the weighing hopper 1 has finished weighing and unloading the material, the weighing hopper 2 must wait in line and can unload the material when hopper 1 is finished…..so the multi-head combination weigher has a faster filling speed and higher accuracy than a linear two or four weighing hoppers.
