THE BRIEF:

In May 2022, a food brand manufacturer in the United States contacted Sywen Packaging. They needed to purchase an automatic labeling machine to form a sugar cube packaging production line.

THE DETAILED PACKAGING REQUIREMENT:

Product: rough-cut brown cane sugar cubes
Packing: round PET cans
Can Size: diameter 7.8 cm x height 8 cm
Label Type: paper self-adhesive (3/4 full circle labeling, the label position can be set)
Labeling Speed: 20-25 bottles/min

THE SOLUTION:

Supplied Machine:

The machine can automatically paste self-adhesive labels, self-adhesive films, bar codes, etc. on the circumferential surface and conical surface, such as PET, plastic, glass, metal bottles, cans, or jars, the labeling speed can reach 20-40 bottles/min ( it is related to the product size). The bottle or can diameter is 15 mm-120 mm, and the label accuracy is ±0.5-1mm. The labeling is flat, wrinkle-free, and bubble-free.

The main materials of the can labeling machine are stainless steel and high-grade aluminum alloy. The overall structure is strong and easy to clean and maintain. The thermal coding function, label positioning function or other functions can be customized according to customer requirements. Through twist control, circular positioning labeling (circumferential surface position labeling) and circular non-positioning labeling can be realized.

The labeling device can be adjusted in 7-dimensional space, that is to say, the labeling angle can be adjusted arbitrarily, and the function of communication shutdown with the frond and back packaging equipment is reserved, which is convenient for the connection with other equipment.

The labeling machine is driven by a servo motor, using a side-horizontal roller conveying mechanism, the conveying chain is inclined, the bottle is automatically guided, and the conveying and labeling are stable.

The bottle breakage rate is low, and the flexible bottle separation technology and flexible labeling technology are applied, the bottle separation and labeling are smooth, and the bottle breakage rate is less than 1 in 100,000.
